Italian Calzones

Italian Calzones:
Ingredients:
1 pkj yeast
2/3 cup very very warm water*
1 Tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbs oil
2 cups flour (may not all be used)
3 Tbs tomato sauce
block of cheese**
1 egg
1 Tbs water
2 tsp cornmeal
1 tsp parmesan cheese
all spices listed below
*If water is too cold yeast will not rise and if it's too hot it will kill the yeast and it will not rise.  Therefore put yeast in bowl.  Get very very warm water.  Then add the water to yeast.
**your choice of cheese-motzorella is delicious

Instructions:
1. preheat oven to 450°
2. Dissolve in an electric mixing bowl
  -yeast
  -water (very very warm)
3. add to bowl
  -Sugar
  -salt
  -oil
4.Then add the yeast to a larger bowl with:
1 Tbs sugar1 tsp salt2 Tbs oil1/2 Tsp of basil1/2 tsp of garlic pieces1/4 Tsp of thyme1/4 Tsp of cumine1/4 Tsp steak seasoning 1 Tsp of onion flakes 5. Add 1 Cup of flour to the large bowl and mix with an electric mixer. (Add more flour if needed)Until the dough comes off the sides of the bowl.6. Roll out dough into a long and wide rectangle using a rolling pin7. spread only 3 table spoons of sauce down the center of the rectangle.8. Grate a block of cheese and place only down the middle of dough over the sauce.9. Fold dough almost in half and seal the dough. Pinch the edges until it is completely sealed.10. Place on greased baking sheet. 11. Brush egg wash on top and edges of the calzone. (1 egg + Tbs water beat the egg until it is foamy and frothy)12. Bake 450 Degrees on the middle rack for 12-15 minutes.
