Fetteccini Alfredo

Fetteccini Alfredo
Ingredients:
2/3 pan of water
3 Tbs. butter
1/4 tsp. garlic pieces
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 tsp. flour
3/4 cups milk
1 Tbs. grated parmesan cheese
pasta
Instructions:
PASTA:
1. bring water to a boil (used for pasta)
2. Once at a boil add pasta
3. cook for 8-10 minutes
SAUCE:
1. In a sauté pan melt
   -butter
   -garlic
   -salt
   -pepper
2. stir in flour
3. whisk in milk
4.remove from heat and add cheese
5. pour over pasta

Optional:
add 1 tsp Chipotle Mustard to sauce right before adding cheese
